Best knife to fillet a cobia fish

Cobia are a hard fighting fish found up and down the east coast, frequently migrating to warmer waters as the seasons change. Many fishermen seek the thrill of trying to catch one of these beasts either to mount as a nice trophy or to cook for a delicious meal. Cobia can grow up to 2 meters in length and weigh up to 170 pounds. Cobia tend to swim alone, but sometimes congregate at wrecks, reefs, and buoys. Their diet consist primarily of fish, crab, and squid. Live eel, pinfish, or blue runners are best for cobia, but migrating cobia can be caught using artificial lures. To make the process of filleting cobia quick and easy, we have put together the perfect set of knives for the job.

The tiger edge is good for heading the fish and removing fins because of its scalloped blade. The boning and fillet knife make a great combo for filleting. The boner gets into tighter places and is great for smaller catches and the 8" fillet is nice to have for longer cuts and bigger fish.
